Why should I register?
If you register with us you won't have to enter your name and address every time you place an order. Your shopping carts will be saved and you will be able to reload them at a later time by going to the "Your Account" page. You will also be able to add items to your Wish List.

How do I find a book?
You can search for books using title, author, keywords, ISBN, etc., or you can browse our subject areas. Each subject area is further divided by areas of interest to help you find the type of book you want.

What are remainders?
Remainders are books that a publisher printed in a larger quantity than they could sell. A book gets remaindered when a publisher's stock exceeds the projected future sales. Some remainders may have a small mark on the edge of the book.

What does shopworn mean?
All of our books are new but some of them have been handled several times. Books marked Shopworn may have scuffed jackets, covers, or edges. There may also be small tears in the jacket or other minor imperfections.

What does No jacket mean?
Books marked No jacket originally had a dust jacket but are now being sold without the jacket.

What does damaged mean?
Books marked Damaged may have nicks, dents, creases or other damage to the cover and jacket.

Do you bill libraries and schools?
We do not bill libraries or schools at this time. Libraries and schools that use MasterCard or Visa to purchase may use either to order from us.

Do you ship outside the United States?
We ship only to addresses with United States Zip Codes. However, due to customs and content restrictions, we do not currently ship to APO and FPO addresses.

What happened to the items in my shopping cart?
Every time you enter our site, whether by using a bookmark or a link from another site, you create a new shopping session. If you have registered with us, any shopping carts you have filled previously will be saved and you can reload them by going to the "Your Account" page. Unfortunately, there is no way to combine shopping carts.

How are my books shipped?
All shipments are made via U.S. Postal Service. Delivery is normally within 3 to 15 days.

How do you handle back orders?
If a book is temporarily out of stock, a second shipment will be made, normally in 14 days, but in no case later than 60 days. We do not add an additional shipping charge for the second shipment, and your credit card is not charged until the book is shipped.

What is your return policy?
We guarantee that you will be satisfied with every item you purchase from HamiltonBook.com or return it at any time for a full refund. You pay only the postage. There are no restocking fees and no questions asked.
